My name is Martina and I started in Reflexology 25 years ago. I came to train as a Reflexologist after becoming aware of the benefits in helping with relaxation and wellbeing. I also practice Indian Head Massage providing another way of calming and focusing the mind. 

 

I am fully qualified and insured as well as a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR)

In todays hectic world I feel that Reflexology and Indian Head Massage can be a great way to support those wanting to improve their own well-being and health.I work in Hertford and Welwyn Garden City .
